Memory Run is a two-screen video and sound installation and the first part of a triptych of installations exploring the idea of how the perception of ones memory changes over time within a sequence of a seemingly everyday situation.

Set in a suburban London street; a woman is literally running away from her problems. In doing so she triggers a series of interconnected events.

Shooting on a new format HD camera, the main running sequences were filmed
at variable frame rates with a steady cam and dolly. The final installation combines
the application of high definition video, multiple projections and surround sound. Through this use of sound design and carefully edited video, the installation immerses the audience in an emotional environment and challenges their perception of memory.
